Shipping & Returns

We (OzGraff) deliver to every state, city, and town, Australia wide. We do not ship outside Australia. Shipping costs vary according to the items in your order, size of your order, total weight of your order and your location.

We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot merge together two distinct orders placed separately and shipping costs will apply to each of them.

Please allow up to three (3) working days after payment has cleared for your order to be picked and packed from our warehouse. Occasionally an order will take longer to ship due to stock fluctuations. You will be notified by e-mail when your order has been shipped and provided with a tracking number.

In an event that a package is returned to us due to the wrong address provided by the buyer, the buyer will pay all shipping costs plus any other fees incurred.

Due to the nature of the products we sell all sales are final, there are no returns once goods have been shipped.

Any paid orders that are cancelled are subject to a 25% warehouse re-stocking fee.

Loss or damage

We do not accept any liability or responsibility for any loss or damage once your order has been handed to the delivery service and will not refund the buyer or exchange products. Any damage to an order should be reported to the driver when you receive your order.

We attempt to make sure all markers and ink bottles are secured as tightly as possible before shipping but they do sometimes have a tendency to leak during transit. Any markers or ink bottles that do leak will not be replaced or exchanged. This is the risk you take when purchasing these items. The same risk we take when we import them.

Remote areas

In some circumstances we will not be able to deliver your order for the price quoted online if you are located in a remote area (non Metro). You are welcome to place your order as normal and we will contact you if extra charges will apply. If you are unhappy with the extra shipping costs we can refund your order in full upon your request.

Please feel free to contact us for a shipping price before placing your order if you wish. We need a suburb name and postcode to quote you a shipping price.

Delivery Options

Once we dispatch your order the delivery time is out of our control. Delays may occur due to bad weather, road closures, misdirected packages, etc. Please track your item with the reference number e-mailed to you or let us know if there are any problems. We do not accept any liability or responsibility for failure to meet estimated delivery times or any inconvience caused as a consequence.

Australia Post

All orders sent via Australia Post will be Registered and can be tracked and traced online.

Estimated Delivery Time: 1-7 working days

If you have not received your order within the allotted time from the shipping date please contact us using the message system via your account dashboard. The longer you leave it the harder it is for our couriers to locate your order.
